| Prior to Strategyx,
Mr. Malik had a successful career in the
pharmaceutical industry, holding culminating senior
positions in product marketing, market research
account management, pricing and business
development. He initiated the managed health care
marketing function at a Sanofi-Aventis at a time
when seminal developments were shaping managed
care's relationship with manufacturers. He created
models in contract pricing that are widely used in
the industry today. |

Richard Hooten leads the managed markets consulting and account management teams functions within the Ventiv Access Group. Mr. Hooten joined inVentiv in 2005 as the Senior Director for Ventiv Access Services where he was responsible for developing and implementing commercial and government product access programs to include managed markets and trade channels.

Mr. Hooten brings to Ventiv more that 22 years in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Ventiv, he was Executive Director, Operations for Ranbaxy Laboratories, Inc. were he was responsible for bringing the organization on-line as a free standing legal entity, and day-to day management of contract development and management, forecasts and budgeting, demand planning, market research and business analytics.

Throughout his career, Mr. Hooten has held various management positions such as Head of Healthcare Contact Administration, Director, Economic Development (pricing and contract strategy) for Novartis Pharmaceuticals and Director, Customer Marketing for CIBA Pharmaceuticals. Mr. O'Hare brings over twenty years of Executive leadership in the telecom industry, with experience in both the private and public sector. Prior to joining HPR, Mr. O’Hare served as Group Vice president, Strategic Development for Commonwealth Telephone Enterprises (CTE) where he was responsible for revenues of 400million and implementing strategic imperatives across all operating companies, totaling 1,100 employees.

In 1998 Mr. O’Hare founded Lightship Telecom, a New England based business-to-business competitive local exchange carrier, where he was the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer until its sale in 2005. Mr. O’Hare’s other professional job experiences include President and Chief Executive Officer of US WATS, Inc., a public long distance company traded on the NASDAQ Stock Market, and General Manager for ACC Long Distance Corporation for Rochester, New York.

Mr. O’Hare graduated with honors from Ithaca College, earning B.S. degree in economics and management. In addition, Mr. O'Hare served as a faculty member at Pennsylvania State University while pursuing a Ph.D. in economics. Mr. O’Hare is also an active fund-raiser for the Cystic-Fibrosis Foundation.

| Alan rejoined

| Alan brings over
30 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical and
Biotech industry to inVentiv. Most recently, Alan
helped to create a US commercial organization for
ALTANA Pharma toward launch of new chemical entities
developed from ALTANA research. Alan was VP of Sales
for Altana Pharma and led two sales forces of over
600 sales representatives and built all sales
support functions including Operations and Training.
Prior to ALTANA, Alan was Executive VP, Commercial
Operations for Ventiv Health U.S. Sales, a predecessor company
to inVentiv Commercial. Alan has held staff and line
management roles within Sales and Marketing for
pharmaceutical manufacturers including Centocor, US
Bioscience and Merck. Alan has worked with both
emerging and established pharmaceutical and biotech
companies. He has helped to successfully
commercialize products across multiple therapeutic
areas. |

inVentiv, Denis Lalonde was President of Fournier
Pharma Corp in New Jersey from September 2002 to
March 2006. He has successfully managed, developed
and increased Fournier’s US affiliate profitability
by defining a vision, planning and implementing a
sales force deployment for the co-promotion of
TriCor (fenofibrate), Fournier’s lipid lowering
product, with the US licensee Abbott
pharmaceuticals. He has integrated an infrastructure
growth where the number of full time equivalent
increased from 5 to over 200, while achieving and
exceeding local budget every year. |

| A pharmacist by
training who earned his B. Pharm. in 1986 from the
Université de Montréal, Denis also holds an MBA,
which he was awarded in 1991 by the Ecole des Hautes
Etudes Commerciales in Montréal. The primary focus
of his graduate studies were Marketing and Project
Management. |

| Prior to joining
Fournier Pharma Corp. in the US, Denis was Director,
Business Development & Government Affairs for
Fournier Pharma Inc. in Canada from January 1998.
His responsibilities in that position included

government agencies that regulate and manage
reimbursement plans. |
