| Brad Patten is
Senior Vice President of Business Development,
inVentiv Commercial, which includes the Selling
Solutions and Strategy and Analytics divisions. Mr.
Patten joined inVentiv in 1998 and has provided
great leadership to the organization in various
roles, including National Business Director,
Director of Sales Training and Management
Development, Sr. Director of Recruiting Services and
Operations, Executive Director of Managed Markets
and Business Development, and Vice President,
Marketing and Corporate Business Development. |

| Mr. Patten brings
additional expertise in the areas of marketing,
having functioned as Vice President of Oncology
Marketing for Zeneca, where he was responsible for
all aspects of the strategic planning, promotion,
and management of a diversified oncology portfolio.
His product commercialization experience and
in-depth knowledge of the clinical and regulatory
processes have been essential to the successful
launch of multiple products by the VPS Sales and
Marketing Teams on behalf of their client-partners. |

| Mr. Patten has
also held several senior sales leaderships positions
with Zeneca, as well as with Stuart Pharmaceuticals
and ICI Pharma. His career in the pharmaceutical
industry has spanned the therapeutic areas of
cardiology, oncology, CNS, anti-infectives,
gastroenterology, anesthesiology and pain
management. He attended Upsala College in New
Jersey, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in
Biology and a minor in Chemistry. |

Tom Sottile is the Executive Vice President, Client Development and Integrated Selling Solutions. Tom leads and contributes within inVentiv's sales and marketing teams focusing on meeting and exceeding client expectations. Prior to Client Development Tom led inVentiv Sales and Marketing teams as Senior, Vice-President driving responsiveness to clients needs and excellence in field force effectiveness. Additionally, Tom served inVentiv Health as Vice President, Sales Operations, growing specialty service offerings within The Ventiv Professional Development Group, Total Data Solutions, and PROMOTECH along with Sample Accountability, Compliance and Fleet and Travel Administration.

Tom has more than 20 years of pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience. Before joining Ventiv he served as Sales Director for Curry, Martin Schiavelli, Inc. (CMS), a Medical Communication division of Torre Lazur and as an account director at Boron LePore.

Tom began his Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing career at Solvay Pharmaceuticals, Inc. While at Solvay Tom held a variety of responsibilities including field sales representative, hospital specialist, sales trainer, sales manager, managed care account executive and product manager for the gastroenterology franchise. In addition to gastroenterology Tom has therapeutic experience in women's healthcare, CNS, respiratory and pain management.

| Leonard Vicciardo
leads client commercialization and corporate wide
business development initiatives. He works across
all divisions of inVentiv Health to provide both the
strategic and tactical services clients require to
successfully launch their products into the market
place. |

| Prior to his
current role, Mr. Vicciardo was President and COO of
Ventiv Pharma Analytics, overseeing the analytics
and technology companies of inVentiv to include
Health Products Research, Total Data Solutions and
MedConference. He joined inVentiv in 1998 as
President of Health Products Research. |

| Mr. Vicciardo
began his career in System Design and Analysis at
Howmedica, a division of Pfizer Inc. Before joining
HPR in 1998, he was President and COO of
Scott-Levin, where he was credited with the
company's development into a mainstream marketing
research group for the pharmaceutical industry. |
 |
| Mr. Vicciardo’s
vision in both strategic and tactical planning has
been implemented by major pharmaceutical
organizations in such areas as managed care, sales
and marketing optimization, competitive
pharmaceutical brand promotion, and other outputs to
meet client needs in the changing pharmaceutical
landscape. Throughout his career, he has been
responsible for groundbreaking, physician-based
research that drives an empirical approach to
decision making. |

| His significant
experience and expertise in the pharmaceutical
marketplace has positioned him as a recognized
thought leader, and Mr. Vicciardo is frequently
contacted by the media for commentary on current
issues and emerging trends. In July 2006, Mr.
Vicciardo was honored in PharmaVoice magazine as one
of the “Top 100 Most Inspiring People” in the
pharmaceutical industry. |

holds an M.S. degree in Information Systems from New
York's Polytechnic University and a B.S. with a dual
major in Pure Mathematics and Applied Mathematics
and Statistics from the State University of New York
at Stony Brook. |
