| Mr. Herring has
more than 20 years of experience in the
pharmaceutical sales industry and is recognized for
setting new performance standards for pharmaceutical
outsourced services. Since assuming his role in
2002, he has successfully led the largest business
unit of inVentiv Health; delivering 60% increase in
revenues and contributing significantly to the over
all growth of the Company. |

| Mr. Herring joined
the Company in November 1999 and has provided great
leadership to the organization in various roles,
including: National Business Director, Vice
President and General Manager, U. S. Sales,
President and COO, inVentiv Pharma Services,
President and COO, inVentiv Commercial, and
President and CEO, inVentiv Commercial. He was
appointed to the Board of Directors of inVentiv
Health in 2006 and was named COO of the corporation
and CEO of the newly formed Patient Outcomes Group
in early 2007. |

| Prior to joining
inVentiv, Mr. Herring was the Senior National Sales
Director at Noven Pharmaceuticals and held various
sales management, training and development,
marketing, and operations positions at both
Ciba-Geigy and Solvay Pharmaceuticals. |
 |
| Mr. Herring
graduated magna cum laude from the Citadel, Military
College of South Carolina where he earned a B.S. in
Biology. Mr. Herring also attended Fairleigh
Dickinson and Pacific Western University where he
earned his M.B.A. In addition, Mr. Herring has
received graduate certificates in business and
international marketing from Mercer University
School of Engineering and Duke University/London
Business School. |

| In March 2007, Mr.
Herring published his first book, “Marching Orders
For Leadership Success” and was recognized by
PharmaVoice as one of the top 100 most inspirational
and influential leaders in the life sciences
industry. Mr. Herring has also been selected as the
first Honoree for the Somerset and Hunterdon Big
Brothers Big Sisters fund raising gala for the
leadership and support that he has provided to the
organization over the past decade. |

| Mr. Mignon
successfully leads Selling Solutions, which is the
largest division of inVentiv and encompasses all of
the companies that relate to sales teams and sales

Blue Diesel, Promotech, PRS Franklin companies,
Ventiv Recruitment Services, inVentiv Resource
Solutions, Commercial Canada division, Professional
Development Group as well as the supporting Business
Development team. |

| In his current
role, Mr. Mignon is responsible for the development
and execution of comprehensive, customized selling
solutions that support many of the major
pharmaceutical firms, as well as effectively
delivering cross-selling and integrated solutions to
clients that include services across the broader
inVentiv organization. |

| Mr. Mignon joined
inVentiv in 2002 when he assumed the leadership role
for the sales organization. Since that time, he has
expanded the active client roster and significantly
diversified their service portfolio. As a
consultative business partner, Mr. Mignon has
strengthened and stabilized client relationships by
providing innovative products and services to meet
the challenges of the dynamic pharmaceutical market
place. |

| Mr. Mignon's depth
of experience is built on a successful 14-year
career with Johnson & Johnson. During his tenure, he
was recognized for many significant accomplishments
while holding various leadership roles within the J
& J Family of Companies, including National Sales
Director, Sales Training Director, Product Director
and Division Manager. |

| Mr. Mignon is a
graduate of Lafayette College where he received his
B.A. in History. He is a member of the editorial
board for Product Management Today and serves on the
Board of Directors for the Cancer Institute of New
Jersey. |

| Jeff Thomas leads
a group of companies delivering strategic, analytic,
managed markets, and outsourced marketing solutions
to inVentiv clients. These essential services for
successful product commercialization are provided by
one or more of the following companies: Health
Products Research, Strategyx, Ventiv Access Group,
and CHS. |
 |
| Mr. Thomas joined
inVentiv in 2005 as Vice President and Managing
Director of the Ventiv Access Group. In this role,
he successfully launched a dedicated business which
developed and implemented commercial and government
product access strategies and tactics, including
managed markets and trade channels for inVentiv
clients. |
 |
| Mr. Thomas brings
over 28 years of pharmaceutical experience with
senior management responsibilities in sales,
marketing, and managed markets. Prior to joining
Ventiv, Jeff most recently was President of Ranbaxy
Laboratories, a division of Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals,
Inc. He had full Profit and Loss responsibilities
for building the branded products group in North
America, including initial start-up, hiring of all
personnel, and the launch of four products in the
first full year of operation. He led the R&D
selection and acquisition of products to build the
portfolio over the next 5-year business-planning
cycle. |

| Jeff’s previous
experience includes Novartis Pharmaceuticals as Vice
President of Corporate Customers, Vice President of
Customer Marketing, Strategic Alliances, and
Economic Development, and other sales and marketing
positions. During Jeff’s tenures at Ciba and
Novartis, the Customer Marketing Department
developed and implemented numerous ground-breaking
campaigns, including the Novartis Pharmacy Benefit
Report and The Novartis Medical Benefit Report. |

Strategyx, Mr. Malik leads a team of
industry-experienced professionals in providing

| Since co-founding
Strategyx in the mid 1990's, Mr. Malik has
transformed Strategyx into a leading consulting
service to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology
industries, representing some of the major leading
US and European pharmaceutical and biotech
corporations with global reach. The firm has also
contributed significantly to the growth and success
of emerging biopharmaceutical companies in their
start-up stages. |

| Prior to Strategyx,
Mr. Malik had a successful career in the
pharmaceutical industry, holding culminating senior
positions in product marketing, market research
account management, pricing and business
development. He initiated the managed health care
marketing function at a Sanofi-Aventis at a time
when seminal developments were shaping managed
care's relationship with manufacturers. He created
models in contract pricing that are widely used in
the industry today. |

| Tricia Glover |

| Ms. Glover is the Corporate Compliance Officer for inVentiv Health, and also chairs the Corporate Compliance Committee, which is comprised of members from the inVentiv Commercial Services executive and senior leadership teams. In this role, Ms. Glover is charged with identifying ways in which inVentiv Health can offer efficient processes and programs that comply to PDMA and OIG guidelines both internally and externally. She is committed to providing comprehensive, solution-oriented services and results to both internal and external customers in accordance with the highest ethical principals and all applicable laws and regulations. |

| Ms. Glover brings over 22 years industry experience to inVentiv Commercial Services from prior sales, marketing and compliance positions from Teva Neuroscience, Pharmacia/Pfizer and Sanofi-Aventis. |

Mr. Manson is a member of the Advisory Council for Diversity Best Practices. He serves in the same capacity for Prism International and the Association of Diversity Councils. He is a member of the Executive Board of Directors for MPNO, Minority Pharmaceutical Networking Organization. |

Mr. Manson served as Minority Advisor to the President and Admissions Counselor at his alma mater, The Citadel, where
he consulted on various issues related to minority affairs with current cadets and provided oversight for minority related recruiting including conceptual design and publication of the minority-recruiting brochure. Mr. Manson also served as a Signal Officer and Captain in the United States Army. Prior to joining inVentiv, Mr. Manson held sales representative and management positions within Ciba-Geigy, Solvay and Noven Pharmaceuticals. During his tenure at Noven, he helped launch the company’s inaugural sales force as well as establish its sales and marketing processes including sales incentive compensation, field operations, analysis, reporting and field automation. Prior to assuming his current role at inVentiv, he served as District Sales Manager, National Business Director and Project Director with multiple client companies. |

Eric Manson is a graduate of The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina and holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. He has successfully completed the University of Houston’s Diversity Management Certification Program. |

With more than 19 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sales industry, Peter Marchesini joined inVentiv Health in November 2002 as Executive Director, Specialty Sales Group. Mr. Marchesini worked with a team of National Business Directors responsible for 16 clients. For over 2 years, Mr. Marchesini has taken on the role of Chief Learning Officer of inVentiv Health, overseeing inVentiv’s Client Training & Development, Professional Development Group, and Corporate Training & Development.

Prior to inVentiv, Mr. Marchesini was the National Sales Director and Regional Medical Manager with Noven Pharmaceuticals, where he led a team that established and trained Noven's first sales force.

Mr. Marchesini is a graduate of San Diego State University where he earned a B.S. in Business with an emphasis in Finance. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Certified Medical Representative Institute and was part of a team of training professionals associated with the American Red Cross Training Advisory Board. Mr. Marchesini has participated in panels and workshops for the Society of Pharmaceutical and Biotech Trainers (SPBT), Pharmaceutical Executive Sales and Marketing Summit, and CBI’s Pharmaceutical Training Summit.

| Tristen Herrstrom
serves as Chief Resource Officer for inVentiv
Health, based in Somerset, New Jersey. She is
responsible for all Human Resource functions,
including recruitment services and facilities
management within inVentiv Health, ensuring synergy
in company programs, policies, and practices with a
primary focus on the inVentiv Commercial division. |

| Ms. Herrstrom's
human resource career has focused in the healthcare,
hospitality and outsourcing industries for the past
eleven years, coming to inVentiv Health in 1998 from
a Human Resource Management position with Hallmark
Health. During her tenure with inVentiv, Ms.
Herrstrom has contributed to the significant
reduction in employee turnover through the
establishment of retention programs, including a
management development program, an enhanced employee
referral program, and employee recognition programs.
Ms. Herrstrom has also improved the employee
benefits package with the addition of new products,
while managing costs incurred by both the company
and the participants. inVentiv has also realized
higher efficiency and reporting capabilities through
the implementation of technology to automate various
functions supporting inVentiv's 4000+ employee
activities. |

As Senior Vice President of Finance, Mike Ryan oversees all aspects of the organization’s finance functions including Accounting, Strategic & Financial Planning, as well as Process Management.

Mr. Ryan joined inVentiv Health in 2001 in the Financial Planning and Analysis group. Since then, he held a series of positions with increasing responsibility within the company, which culminated in his appointment as Vice President Finance of inVentiv Commercial in 2007.

Prior to joining inVentiv Health, Mr. Ryan was Director of Finance for Blue Media Ventures Inc. where he reported directly to the COO and was responsible for the financial operations of developing media company. Mr. Ryan began his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen, LLP.

Mr. Ryan earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame and he is a Certified Public Accountant.

As Chief Technology Officer at inVentiv Commercial Services and Patient Outcomes, Mr. Baldwin is responsible for all voice and data communications infrastructure for the inVentiv Commercial and corporate headquarters. In addition, Mr. Baldwin oversees service delivery for collaboration tools including email, voicemail, and portal technologies, ERP application delivery, as well as disaster recovery planning and execution.

Mr. Baldwin has over 20 years of industry experience as a proven leader focused on operational excellence across multiple industries. Prior to joining inVentiv Health in 1999, Mr. Baldwin worked at EDS in a consulting capacity. He also worked at Prudential Insurance where he designed and implemented field office automation systems and networks and spent several years as an application development consultant in their services organization.
