| Mr. Doster brings over 13 years of sales and marketing experience with Aventis Pharmaceuticals to inVentiv Health. During his tenure with Aventis, he specialized in the areas of antibiotic, respiratory and cardiovascular products. His keen leadership and strategic skills enabled him to hold various senior sales, marketing and management positions such as Director, Sales and Marketing Services and most recently as Head, Allegra Marketing, leading the marketing efforts for the flagship brand in the Respiratory Products Division. |

his promotion, Mr. Horveath ran Client Training and
Development, where he was responsible for overseeing
the management and representative training function
for several inVentiv contracts. |

brings more than 14 years of experience in the
pharmaceutical industry in the areas of training and
development, performance improvement, business
development, sales management and marketing on both
the client and vendor sides of the business. His
diverse sales, marketing and training experience
covers a wide range of therapeutic classes,
including cardiology, CNS, endocrinology,
gastroenterology, pain management and women's

| As Managing Director of The Therapeutics Institute, Joy Morrell's expertise is rooted in a strong clinical and business acumen. Her nursing background, including extensive leadership and teaching experience in critical care, cardiovascular, public health and emergency medicine serves as foundation for the development and leadership of The Therapeutics Institute. Ms. Morrell joined public health nursing where she created the first integrated public health service system for women and children in the state of Vermont, which was modeled by other states. |

| Building on her keen business sense, Ms. Morrell entered the pharmaceutical industry and held various leadership positions for such companies as Roche, Fujisawa, Aprex and Innovex. During this time she enjoyed a successful and progressive sales career, built the first Medical Science Liaison and clinical teams for Innovex, and pioneered a Patient Compliance Program for Aprex. |

| Ms. Morrell's unique blend of clinical and pharmaceutical experience led to the creation of her own business called Loomis Samson, where she provided clinical support and patient education for the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis. Loomis Samson was integrated into The Therapeutics Institute in 2004 to enhance the breadth of services offered by this emerging division of Ventiv Commercial Services. As Managing Director of The Therapeutics Institute, Ms. Morrell leads the development of this business unit which provides dedicated teams of Medical Science Liaisons and clinical educators to create and expand market opportunities and achieve business objectives for the pharmaceutical and biotech industry nationwide. |

In addition, he oversees data management, analysis and reporting and sales force effectiveness services supporting inVentiv's biotech and pharmaceutical clients, as well as for business development of the TDS portfolio.

| Prior to joining HPR, Mr. Charnetski spent 7 years with Scott-Levin, culminating as Vice President of the Market Research Audit Services Group. During his tenure with Scott-Levin, he spearheaded the launch of the Source Prescription Audit and the pharmaceutical industry's first Direct-to-Consumer Advertising Audit, in addition to supporting diagnosis audits (PDDA), promotional audits (PSA/HPSA/PMEA) and other healthcare industry syndicated resources. While at Scott-Levin, Mr. Charnetski also led a team that developed a proprietary Cancer Treatment Audit for a leading pharmaceutical company. |

In addition, Mr. Merlino serves on the inVentiv Selling Solutions Senior Management Team.

With over 21 years of pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience at companies such as Bristol-Myers Squibb and Ciba-Geigy Pharmaceuticals (Novartis), Warren brings a strong skill set in strategic and tactical planning, logistics, marketing, sales, managed care, leadership training and development, and negotiations to PROMOTECH.

During the course of his career, Mr. Merlino has had the opportunity to work closely with executives at every level within the health care arena. In his tenure with PROMOTECH, he has led the company through five major company expansions, including the latest, a new 100,000 sq ft. literature distribution center scheduled to open the first quarter of 2008. These changes have enhanced the capabilities available to PROMOTECH clients and positioned this inVentiv division for continued revenue growth.

| Mr. Thomas joined
inVentiv in 2005 as Vice President and Managing
Director of the Ventiv Access Group. In this role,
he successfully launched a dedicated business which
developed and implemented commercial and government
product access strategies and tactics, including
managed markets and trade channels for inVentiv
clients. |

| Mr. Thomas brings
over 28 years of pharmaceutical experience with
senior management responsibilities in sales,
marketing, and managed markets. Prior to joining
Ventiv, Jeff most recently was President of Ranbaxy
Laboratories, a division of Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals,
Inc. He had full Profit and Loss responsibilities
for building the branded products group in North
America, including initial start-up, hiring of all
personnel, and the launch of four products in the
first full year of operation. He led the R&D
selection and acquisition of products to build the
portfolio over the next 5-year business-planning
cycle. |

| Jeff’s previous
experience includes Novartis Pharmaceuticals as Vice
President of Corporate Customers, Vice President of
Customer Marketing, Strategic Alliances, and
Economic Development, and other sales and marketing
positions. During Jeff’s tenures at Ciba and
Novartis, the Customer Marketing Department
developed and implemented numerous ground-breaking
campaigns, including the Novartis Pharmacy Benefit
Report and The Novartis Medical Benefit Report. |

Franklin Group, Health Products Research,

Mr. Melillo has over 10 years of industry experience
representing a variety of pharmaceutical companies,
warehousing distributors, contract sales
organizations, software developers, etc., with
regard to the regulatory impact on the business. |

| Mr. Melillo was
responsible for licensing inVentiv with the first
CSO narcotic drug sampling program. In addition to
this program, Mr. Melillo led several sampling
programs for companies such as Bristol-Myers Squibb,
Johnson & Johnson, Searle, and Pharmacia. |
