| As Chief Client
Development Officer for inVentiv Health, Dan Twibell
leads global and strategic business development
across the organization with a specific focus on
developing integrated solutions that leverage
service offerings involving multiple business units.
He is also responsible for helping to define both
current and prospective clients’ needs, matching
those needs with the appropriate resources across
inVentiv Health, and ensuring that the company’s
efforts are fully aligned with our clients’
expectations. |

| Before being named
to his current role, Mr. Twibell served as Executive
Vice President of CHS, an inVentiv Health company,
managing the firm’s strategic consulting activities
in the areas of product marketing, new product
planning and business development. Prior to joining
inVentiv Health (then known as inChord
Communications) in 1999, Mr. Twibell held a variety
of positions including general management,
marketing, new product planning, business
development, strategic planning and sales for
companies including Larreacorp, Eli Lilly & Company
and Adams Laboratories. |

received his MBA from Thunderbird School of Global
Management and undergraduate degree from The
University of Arizona. |
