| Mr. Broshy is the
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of inVentiv
Health, Inc. (Nasdaq: VTIV). inVentiv Health is the
leading provider of commercialization and
complementary services to the global pharmaceutical,
life sciences and biotechnology industries,
supporting the needs of over 200 unique clients
including all top 20 global pharmaceutical
companies. inVentiv delivers a broad range of
customized clinical, sales, marketing and
communications solutions through its three core
business segments: inVentiv Clinical, inVentiv
Communications and inVentiv Commercial. Mr. Broshy
joined inVentiv Health as Chief Executive Officer
and Director in June 1999, took the company public
in the fall of 1999, and additionally became
Chairman of the Board in June 2006. |

| Mr. Broshy has
over 20 years' management and consulting experience
within the healthcare industry and is a widely
recognized industry expert and frequent speaker on
strategic issues in the pharmaceutical and
healthcare industries. Prior to joining inVentiv he
served as the Partner responsible for the healthcare
practice of The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) across
the Americas. During his fourteen-year tenure at BCG
from 1984 to 1998, Mr. Broshy consulted widely with
senior executives from a number of the major global
pharmaceutical manufacturers, managed care
organizations, and academic medical centers, and
advised on a range of strategic, organizational and
operational issues. Mr. Broshy has also served as
President and Chief Executive Officer of Coelacanth
Corporation, a privately-held biotechnology company. |

| Mr. Broshy
currently also serves as a Director of Neurogen
Corporation (Nasdaq: NRGN), a biotechnology company,
and on the Simon Wiesenthal Center’s NY Executive
Board. Mr. Broshy is a graduate of Harvard
University (M.B.A.), Stanford University (M.S.), and
Massachusetts Institute of Technology (B.S.). |

| David Bassin |

| David Bassin, 35,
is the Chief Financial Officer for inVentiv Health,
Inc. He has been a leader in the organization for
nearly 10 years in a variety of financial and
strategic roles. |
 |
| Most recently, Mr.
Bassin was CFO and COO for inVentiv Commercial,
responsible for providing financial, strategic and
operational management for all of the inVentiv
Commercial divisions. He oversaw accounting/finance,
information technology, fleet and the strategic
development for the operations. In addition, Mr.
Bassin led the financial due diligence and
integration for newly acquired subsidiaries within
the division and the insurance/risk management for
the organization. |

| After a career as
an auditor with Arthur Andersen, Mr. Bassin entered
the pharmaceutical sales and marketing industry in
1998 as the Business and Financial Strategies Group
Manager for Snyder Communications, a former parent
company to inVentiv Health. He was responsible for
post-acquisition integrations of subsidiaries that
provided sales force, clinical research assistance
and other marketing services to pharmaceutical
companies in Europe. After assisting with investor
relations and securing financing for the spin-off of
inVentiv Health from Snyder Communications, Mr.
Bassin led the financial planning and analysis group
in the preparation of company-wide budgets, forecast
and statistics for quarterly reports. He also acted
as the financial director, performing financial
modeling of partnerships for pharmaceutical and
biotech products in late-stage development prior to
his present role. |

a bachelor's degree in economics and business from
Lafayette College and is a Certified Public

| Mr. Walter, 36, was named President of inVentiv Health in May 2007, with responsibility for overseeing all three divisions
of the company and developing integrated solutions to meet client needs.

| Previously he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of inVentiv Communications following the acquisition of inChord Communications, Inc. in October
2005. Mr. Walter joined inChord (then known as Gerbig, Snell/Weisheimer & Associates) as an Account Manager in 1994. In 1996, he became a Partner and later
purchased the company in 2000. Under his direction as Chairman and CEO, inChord became the largest privately-held healthcare communication company in the
world, working with 16 of the world's top 20 healthcare companies and serving clients around the world through a global network with offices in 13 countries.

| Prior to joining inChord, Mr. Walter worked as a financial analyst in New York City for Smith Barney in mergers and acquisitions. |

| Mr. Herring has
more than 20 years of experience in the
pharmaceutical sales industry and is recognized for
setting new performance standards for pharmaceutical
outsourced services. Since assuming his role in
2002, he has successfully led the largest business
unit of inVentiv Health; delivering 60% increase in
revenues and contributing significantly to the over
all growth of the Company. |

| Mr. Herring joined
the Company in November 1999 and has provided great
leadership to the organization in various roles,
including: National Business Director, Vice
President and General Manager, U. S. Sales,
President and COO, inVentiv Pharma Services,
President and COO, inVentiv Commercial, and
President and CEO, inVentiv Commercial. He was
appointed to the Board of Directors of inVentiv
Health in 2006 and was named COO of the corporation
and CEO of the newly formed Patient Outcomes Group
in early 2007. |

| Prior to joining
inVentiv, Mr. Herring was the Senior National Sales
Director at Noven Pharmaceuticals and held various
sales management, training and development,
marketing, and operations positions at both
Ciba-Geigy and Solvay Pharmaceuticals. |
 |
| Mr. Herring
graduated magna cum laude from the Citadel, Military
College of South Carolina where he earned a B.S. in
Biology. Mr. Herring also attended Fairleigh
Dickinson and Pacific Western University where he
earned his M.B.A. In addition, Mr. Herring has
received graduate certificates in business and
international marketing from Mercer University
School of Engineering and Duke University/London
Business School. |

| In March 2007, Mr.
Herring published his first book, “Marching Orders
For Leadership Success” and was recognized by
PharmaVoice as one of the top 100 most inspirational
and influential leaders in the life sciences
industry. Mr. Herring has also been selected as the
first Honoree for the Somerset and Hunterdon Big
Brothers Big Sisters fund raising gala for the
leadership and support that he has provided to the
organization over the past decade. |

| Michael Hlinak is the President of inVentiv Clinical, where he leads the clinical staffing (MedFocus/Smith Hanley Consulting Group), as well as the clinical outsourced functional services business (HHI Clinical Research and Statistical Services; Synergos, and inVentiv-SIRO joint venture). |

| Since inVentiv's acquisition of the Smith Hanley Companies in October 2004, Mr. Hlinak has overseen the integration of MedFocus, led the acquisitions of HHI in November 2004 and Synergos in March 2006, and established the joint venture agreement between inVentiv and India-based SIRO, a clinical services provider in January 2006. Prior to inVentiv's acquisition, Mr. Hlinak was primarily responsible at Smith Hanley for pursuing corporate development opportunities and as CFO overseeing all financial aspects. |

| Mr. Hlinak has more than 20 years of financial and operations management experience in both publicly held and privately owned industry. Industry background includes staffing, telecommunications, real estate development and management, retail and medical. Before Smith Hanley, Mr. Hlinak held senior financial positions at Work International Corporation, Equal Net and Cardinal Interests. |

| Mr. Hlinak received a B.B.A. from Lamar University and completed an M.B.A. curriculum at the University of Houston. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas. |

| As President and COO of inVentiv Communications, Mr. O'Donnell is responsible for strategic direction and oversight of inVentiv Communications and the 13 fully integrated companies within the division. He
also oversees client relationships, new business activities and the division's operational backbone that includes the accounting/finance, human resources, marketing communications and technology departments. |

Prior to joining inVentiv Communications (then known as inChord) in 2001, Mr. O'Donnell was chief financial officer for Bank One's Retail Customer and Channel Group (now JPMorgan Chase). In this role, he led
a team of finance and accounting professionals to provide decision support, financial reporting and analysis, financial control and strategic and capital planning for a business unit management team. During
Mr. O'Donnell's 17 years with Bank One, he held a number of other positions, including CFO of the Business Banking Group, where he was responsible for the financial management of the small business unit. He
was also corporate finance liaison, where he acted as the liaison between the Retail line of business CFO and CEO and the Banc One Corporation CFO and COO.

Mr. O'Donnell holds a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from Miami University and an M.B.A. from the University of Dayton. He also completed the Executive Development Program at Darden School of
Business, University of Virginia.

| Prior to his current role, Mr. Hanley was President and CEO of the Smith Hanley Companies, which was acquired by inVentiv Health in October 2004. He co-founded Smith Hanley Associates, Inc., in 1980, developed the firm's Consulting Group in 1995, and acquired MedFocus in 2000. The client base for these firms includes the top pharmaceutical and biotechnology firms in the United States. |

| Mr. Hanley received a B.S. in Biology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and completed the course work for an M.S. degree in Environmental Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Concurrent with the creation of Smith Hanley, he attended New York Law School, graduating cum laude with his JD degree. |

| Jeff Thomas leads
a group of companies delivering strategic, analytic,
managed markets, and outsourced marketing solutions
to inVentiv clients. These essential services for
successful product commercialization are provided by
one or more of the following companies: Health
Products Research, Strategyx, Ventiv Access Group,
and CHS. |
 |
| Mr. Thomas joined
inVentiv in 2005 as Vice President and Managing
Director of the Ventiv Access Group. In this role,
he successfully launched a dedicated business which
developed and implemented commercial and government
product access strategies and tactics, including
managed markets and trade channels for inVentiv
clients. |
 |
| Mr. Thomas brings
over 28 years of pharmaceutical experience with
senior management responsibilities in sales,
marketing, and managed markets. Prior to joining
Ventiv, Jeff most recently was President of Ranbaxy
Laboratories, a division of Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals,
Inc. He had full Profit and Loss responsibilities
for building the branded products group in North
America, including initial start-up, hiring of all
personnel, and the launch of four products in the
first full year of operation. He led the R&D
selection and acquisition of products to build the
portfolio over the next 5-year business-planning
cycle. |

| Jeff’s previous
experience includes Novartis Pharmaceuticals as Vice
President of Corporate Customers, Vice President of
Customer Marketing, Strategic Alliances, and
Economic Development, and other sales and marketing
positions. During Jeff’s tenures at Ciba and
Novartis, the Customer Marketing Department
developed and implemented numerous ground-breaking
campaigns, including the Novartis Pharmacy Benefit
Report and The Novartis Medical Benefit Report. |

Blue Diesel, Promotech, PRS Franklin companies,
Ventiv Recruitment Services, inVentiv Resource
Solutions, Commercial Canada division, Professional
Development Group as well as the supporting Business
Development team. |

| In his current
role, Mr. Mignon is responsible for the development
and execution of comprehensive, customized selling
solutions that support many of the major
pharmaceutical firms, as well as effectively
delivering cross-selling and integrated solutions to
clients that include services across the broader
inVentiv organization. |
 |
| Mr. Mignon joined
inVentiv in 2002 when he assumed the leadership role
for the sales organization. Since that time, he has
expanded the active client roster and significantly
diversified their service portfolio. As a
consultative business partner, Mr. Mignon has
strengthened and stabilized client relationships by
providing innovative products and services to meet
the challenges of the dynamic pharmaceutical market
place. |

| Mr. Mignon's depth
of experience is built on a successful 14-year
career with Johnson & Johnson. During his tenure, he
was recognized for many significant accomplishments
while holding various leadership roles within the J
& J Family of Companies, including National Sales
Director, Sales Training Director, Product Director
and Division Manager. |

| Mr. Mignon is a
graduate of Lafayette College where he received his
B.A. in History. He is a member of the editorial
board for Product Management Today and serves on the
Board of Directors for the Cancer Institute of New
Jersey. |
