We believe that strong communities are a vital element of healthcare. Whether we're working in a global or local community, we strive to do our part. Our businesses and our employees show their generosity in many ways. Here are just a few examples:

Compliance and Ethics 

Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (Code)

We (INC Research/inVentiv Health) expect our employees, officers and directors, as well as our consultants, vendors and others who act on our behalf, to conduct our business ethically and with integrity in all we do. Maintaining compliance and ethical standards is essential to our ability to earn and retain the trust of our customers and stakeholders. To ensure that actions taken on behalf of the company are honest, ethical and lawful, the company’s Board of Directors has adopted the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (Code), which is the foundation of the company’s compliance program and it communicates to all employees the shared obligation to uphold the company’s standards. Through the Code, employees know what is expected from the company and what they can expect from each other.

The Code may be accessed here. It has been translated into various languages.

The Code also provides resources for seeking guidance and reporting suspected illegal or unethical behavior. If you are aware of or suspect that an employee or representative of the company has engaged or is engaging in conduct that violates applicable law or the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, you have a duty to report the issue or seek guidance. You are encouraged to talk to your supervisor or line manager first, if you are comfortable doing so. You can also make a report to the Human Resource Department or the Legal Department. Any misconduct that could potentially affect the company should be promptly reported, including misconduct performed by contractors, consultants, or temporary workers. Any supervisor/manager who receives a report of a violation must immediately inform the Human Resource Department or the Legal Department.

Reporting by phone. Those wishing to report by phone may call the company’s Business Ethics Hotline. Local country Hotline phone numbers can be found here. In the drop down menu under the heading “To Make a Report”, select the country from which the call/report would be made and the local phone number will appear.

Reporting online. Reports can also be made online via the company’s Business Ethics Web Form located here. In the drop down menu under the heading “To Make a Report”, select the country from which the report would be made, then select the country where the violation occurred and select “continue” to proceed with filing a report online. Reported information will be sent to the Legal Department or Audit Committee, as appropriate.

Reporters are encouraged to provide sufficient detail to enable a thorough review of the matter, which will be kept confidential to the extent possible. Hotline reports can also be made anonymously to the extent permitted by law. No retaliation will be tolerated against those who report concerns in good faith.

This anti-slavery statement is published by inVentiv Health, Inc. on behalf of its subsidiaries in the United Kingdom, Biosector 2 Limited, Chamberlain Communications UK Limited, Chandler Chicco (UK) Limited, inVentiv European Holdings Limited, inVentiv Health Clinical UK Limited, inVentiv Health Commercial Europe Limited, inVentiv Health Commercial UK Limited, inVentiv Health Holdings UK Limited, Litmus Medical Marketing & Education Limited and PharmaNet Limited (collectively "inVentiv Health"). inVentiv Health has been made aware of an internet scam targeting job seekers who have posted their resumes on job posting websites. Scammers are contacting applicants via email and purporting to represent inVentiv Health. Many of these scammers are using Gmail accounts and Google Hangouts to communicate with applicants. All correspondence with us comes from an internal employee with a valid @inventivhealth.com email address. Anyone who suspects they have been solicited in this scam should contact the FBI at ic3.gov.
