| Terry Herring serves as CEO of inVentiv Patient Outcomes, overseeing all of the business units in the division. He is also COO of inVentiv Health, President and CEO of inVentiv Commercial, and serves on the inVentiv Health Board of Directors. |

| Mr. Herring has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sales industry and is recognized for setting new performance standards for pharmaceutical outsourced services. He joined inVentiv Health in November of 1999 and previously held the positions of National Business Director; Vice President and General Manager, U. S. Sales; President and COO, Ventiv Pharma Services; and President and COO, inVentiv Commercial Services. Before joining inVentiv, Mr. Herring was the Senior National Sales Director at Noven Pharmaceuticals, where he focused on transdermal delivery and women's health marketing. He began his career at Ciba-Geigy Pharmaceuticals and Solvay Pharmaceuticals, where he held various sales management, training, development, marketing, and operations positions. |

| Mr. Herring graduated magna cum laude from the Citadel, Military College of South Carolina, where he earned a B.S. in Biology. He also attended Fairleigh Dickinson and Pacific Western University where he earned his M.B.A. In addition, Mr. Herring has received graduate certificates in business and international marketing from Mercer University School of Engineering and Duke University/London Business School. |

| Tyrone Brewer, Chief Operating Officer of inVentiv Patient Outcomes, is responsible for assisting in strategic planning, financial planning and forecasting; identifying investment/growth opportunities, new opportunities, new or emerging services and new companies for the Patient Outcomes Group. |

| Before joining inVentiv Patient Outcomes, Mr. Brewer provided key leadership at The Franklin Group, most recently in the role of Executive Director of Marketing and Business Development. |

| With more than 15 years of industry experience, Mr. Brewer’s prior positions include Product Director for PROCRIT at Ortho Biotech where he led the building and execution of the strategic business plan for the Nephrology franchise. He was the Senior Global Marketing Director for Anti-infectives at Aventis Pharmaceuticals where he led the worldwide development and implementation of the global leadership marketing strategy, global product positioning, pricing strategies, brand development and communication strategies. Mr. Brewer has also held a variety of roles in sales, training, sales management and marketing. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of New Jersey. |

| Dan Rubin is the co-founder and CEO of Adheris, responsible for the strategic vision and oversight of all aspects of the company. He has led the company to become the largest provider of retail-based patient adherence programs for the pharmaceutical industry. |

| Prior to this role, Mr. Rubin led several consulting engagements in the pharmaceutical, retail, high technology, and chemical industries at Corporate Decisions, Inc., a management consulting firm for the pharmaceutical industry.
He has also held various management positions, including: National Sales Manager for Dynisco, LLC, a manufacturer of industrial instrumentation; Retail Market Studies Coordinator for Unocal, a major oil company; and Consultant for Motorola, where he led an internal project to evaluate the viability of a new high-tech business venture.

| Joy Morrell |

| As Vice President, Managing Director of The Therapeutics Institute (TTI), Joy Morrell is responsible for the strategic vision and oversight of TTI, a company that provides dedicated teams of medical science liaisons and clinical educators to create and expand market opportunities and achieve business objectives for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. |

| As a leader with strong clinical skills combined with vast business acumen, Ms. Morrell successfully has launched 28 educational programs. She has extensive experience with the compliance and OIG requirements that are needed to guide these programs. She also has an extensive background in nursing, including leadership and teaching experience in critical care, cardiovascular, public health and emergency medicine. Ms. Morrell previously worked in public health nursing, where she created the first integrated public health service system for women and children in the state of Vermont. The system later became a model for other states. Ms. Morrell also held various leadership positions for such companies as Roche, Fujisawa, Aprex and Innovex. During this time, she enjoyed a successful and progressive sales career, built the first medical science liaison and clinical teams for Innovex, and pioneered a patient compliance program for Aprex. |

| Ms. Morrell's unique blend of clinical and pharmaceutical experience led to the creation of her own business called Loomis Samson, where she provided clinical support and patient education for the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis. Loomis Samson was integrated into The Therapeutics Institute in 2004 to enhance the breadth of offered services. |

| With more than 15 years in the biopharmaceutical industry, Mr. Doster has substantial experience in sales leadership, operations, distribution, managed markets and brand marketing. His areas of expertise include program development and execution for enhanced patient access to medications. He has designed and successfully implemented strategic support initiatives in a variety of therapeutic areas including oncology, cardiovascular, injectable products, biotech, and managed markets. |

| Before joining the inVentiv team, Mr. Doster worked at Aventis Pharmaceuticals where he specialized in antibiotic, respiratory and cardiovascular products. His keen leadership and strategic skills enabled him to hold various senior sales, marketing and management positions such as Director, Sales and Marketing Services and Head, Allegra Marketing, leading the marketing efforts for the flagship brand in the Respiratory Products Division. Mr. Doster holds a bachelor’s degree from Union University. |

| Dr. Richards has served as Associate Editor of the Journal of Family Practice for seven years. He has also been the recipient of numerous awards, the most prestigious being the “Surgeon General’s Medallion”, the Department of Health and Human Services’ highest honor, from Dr. C. Everett Koop. |
